Note on Returns (outside of warranty claims)
For returns that do not fall under warranty related claims, Lunatone GmbH charges a processing fee of 20% of the invoice value (logistics and functional testing), provided the item is in its original packaging and unused.
This fee will be deducted from the store credit issued to you.
Depending on the condition of the product, further deductions may apply.
Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
If possible, please include the invoice or delivery note (original or copy).
After entering and confirming your data, the Lunatone team will contact you and provide you with the address and return number.
