Information about REACH – Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals
Referring to the REACH regulation EC 1907/2006, that came into effect on June 1, 2007 for all EC member states we declare:
Lunatone Industrielle Elektronik Ges.m.b.H. as a manufacturer of electronic devices is a downstream user according to the REACH regulation.
No substances should be released from our products in intended and normally foreseeable use. Therefore the products manufactured by Lunatone are not subject to registration obligation.
Due to our information obligation according to the REACH regulation, we are permanently in contact with our suppliers for components and chemical products to identify relevant substances and provide appropriate information along the supply chain.
According to article 33 we will provide information if any ingredients of our products are classified by the European Chemicals Agency ECHA as Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) and have a mass proportion of more than 0,1% of the affected product.
Substances that are subject of authorisation are listed in the candidate list table of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
On issuing date of this declaration our products don’t contain any or less than 0,1% – in relation to weight – substances that are in any way registered at ECHA as chemicals of concern.

Warranty
Lunatone Industrielle Elektronik GmbH warrants their products for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery, if used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
During the warranty period, Lunatone Industrielle Elektronik GmbH replaces all parts that show a design, material or manufacturing defect, free of charge.
Warranty does not include damage caused by improper handling, incorrect operation, or transportation.

Complaints and warranty
All devices should be inspected upon delivery. If defects are detected, they must be reported in writing within a period of 8 days.
The warranty period for Lunatone products lasts for 24 months from the day of delivery. The warranty is restricted to devices that show faulty behaviour which can be traced back to a design, material or manufacturing defect by Lunatone.
The warranty period is neither extended nor interrupted by remedial activities.
No warranty is granted for devices that were either changed or repaired by the customer or a third party or if installation, handling or operation instructions were neglected.
